The mission of the Finance Department is to provide timely and accurate financial information using the general accepted accounting principles of internal and external customers, while ensuring citizens the department is operating in the most efficient manner.

Non-profit organizations seeking funding from Newton County must apply for an appropriation below or send in an application to the Newton County Finance office.
To be eligible to receive an appropriation for Fiscal Year 2024, applications must be turned in by Feb. 1, 2023.
