Bench $500 Bench – Bench will be constructed of metal wire web, and coated with a vinyl or plastic that is rust/corrosion resistant. Benches will be anchored to a concrete pad. A Plaque will be posted beside the bench with the sponsorship or memorial information. Tree - Trees will be planted throughout the park upon the recommendation of the landscape architect. Sponsorship or memorial plaques will be placed beside each tree. Pavilion – Two 40’ x 60’ pavilions will be erected on the park grounds. The metal framed/roofed pavilions will be set on a concrete slab and house several tables. Three single table picnic pavilions will be located throughout the park. They too will be constructed to metal and sit on a concrete slab. Beside each pavilion, a sponsorship or memorial plaque will be placed. Playground – Two handicapped accessible metal playgrounds will be constructed in the park. The playgrounds will be colorful multifaceted play structures for kids from the ages 2-5 and 5-12. The structures will invite physical activity while adhering to NPRA (National Recreation and Parks Association) safety standards. A sponsorship or memorial plaque will be placed beside the playground. NEOS – The NEOS is an exciting new interactive game being placed in parks across the nation. Players run back and forth, racing the clock and each other to slap blinking lights. The NEOS encourages physical activity and the memory retention throughout the duration of the game. It is a game for people of all ages and abilities. The NEOS will be placed on a concrete pad under a roof. A sponsorship or memorial plaque will be placed beside the NEOS. Life Trail – Life Trail consist of walking paths intertwined with the exercise equipment along its course. Life Trail is part of a total wellness lifestyle for older adults, and involves fun and social aspects as well as outdoor fitness activities. Life Trail is designed with specific needs of the active older adult to be outdoors. The Life Trail may be sponsored in whole or by individual pieces of equipment. A sponsorship or memorial plaque will be placed beside the sponsored piece of equipment. Brick – Sponsorship or memorial bricks be purchased. Each brick will contain the sponsor’s name or memorialized name. These bricks will be permanently placed in the plaza area of the park.
