Anderson Field is located just South of Covington on Highway 36.  The field was donated by Mr. James O. Anderson of Covington to the Recreation Commission.  Anderson Field is used as a practice field for youth sports.

From I-20 exit at Covington/278 exit and go towards Covington. Turn right onto Pace Street between Hardee's and Main Street Bank. When you get to the square turn right and then follow the square around to the left and then straight following the signs for 36 West. Stay on Highway 36 until you get to Anderson Field on the right.

Eastward:

I-20 East to exit #90(Hwy 278). Take Hwy. 278 to Pace Street. Turn Right on Pace Street and go around to Covington Square to Hwy. 36. The field will be approximately 3-4 miles on the right.

Westward:

I-20 East to exit #90(Hwy 278). Turn left onto Hwy. 278 and go to Pace Street. Turn right onto Pace Street and go around the Covington Square to Hwy. 36. The field will be appoximately 3-4 miles on the right.
