Refund Policy for
Youth Sports and Programs
Raffle tickets are given to every participant that registers for youth sports. These tickets can be sold for $1 each, providing the opportunity for each family to make back the amount spent for their registration fee. This money does not have to be returned to NCRC unless otherwise indicated. If you register online and would like to receive your raffle tickets, please come by our Turner Lake Complex office with a copy of your online registration confirmation. See the policy below.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE
1. Prior to being assigned to a team, participant may receive a full refund upon return of all unsold raffle tickets. If any tickets have been sold, we will deduct that amount from your refund.
2. Once teams are selected, participant may receive a refund of one-half (½) of the registration fee (minus any raffle tickets sold or not returned).
3. No refund will be remitted once games begin. This applies even if your child does not play or attend practices.
4. Refunds for injuries/long term illness will be pro-rated. All refund requests must be made within one week of doctor’s initial recommendation. All requests must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.
Participants requesting a refund should return all unsold raffle tickets and complete a Refund Request form within one week of quitting. We do not give refunds or credits from one year to the next or from one sport to another.
Filling out a Refund Request form is the only way to be eligible for a refund. Simply notifying your child’s coach does not qualify you for a refund.
Once you have turned in your refund request, the accounting department will process your request and a refund check will be mailed to you. Please be aware that the accounting department only issues checks on the 1st or 15th of the month.
Thank you for your cooperation,
